  1. Existing customer can log on to NetBank to continue, or New to CommBank customer can create a NetBank account and complete ID checks online to continue
  2. Enter the verification ID in the SMS we've sent to you 
  3. Enter a one-time passcode, which we'll send you after successful verification
  4. Follow the steps to complete your home loan application

Estimating expenses

Understanding your expenses can be a breeze with Money Plan in the CommBank app. You can easily see a summary of how much you’ve spent each month in different categories like groceries, transport and entertainment.

  • To see your summary, search ‘money plan’ in the CommBank app and tap your Spend chart for your full expense breakdown.

For new customers who don’t bank online with us:

  • We’ll capture your personal details and set up NetBank for you.
  • We’ll need to check your ID to get your account up and running. You'll be prompted to complete our online ID check
